Substrate thermodynamics: cluster-counts drive cell phase transitions (gas/water/ice)

Cluster the substrate's cells AND edges by shape (turboquant ladder: clusters, then clusters of clusters), count the scalars per cluster (population=pressure, edge-degree=circulation, churn=temperature), and use the counts to move a cell between the trinity states: gas=NamedCell (instance), water=Recipe (pattern), ice=Blueprint (type). CONDENSE gas->water when cluster population crosses a threshold; FREEZE water->ice when a recipe is stable + widely referenced; SPLIT ice->water when a blueprint grows too large; MELT ice->gas (compost) when degree falls to ~0 -- suggest-not-auto. Generalizes right_sizing_service.py (already operational for ideas: cosine clusters, thresholds, split/merge suggestions) to every node and edge. The cluster ladder also fills the missing-resolution gap ctor-shape-signature.form names (Blueprint too coarse, CTOR too fine). Recipe held in docs/coherence-substrate/substrate-thermodynamics.form; companion to turboquant-as-recipe.form. First step: a wellness lane that REPORTS each cell's phase + the substrate's phase diagram, before any transition runs. Carrier-last: cluster/count/phase as Form recipes proven three-way.
