reflection-run findings: episode beats, the another-door row, the chronic escalation gap

NameDescription

The signal-metabolism loop was run on the very session that built it (signals: the horizon infer-error, the satsang-survey pain, the mid-rebase surprise, the witness-strained warning, the gh-401 error). Verdict 2121775 three-way, matching prediction exactly. Three improvements discovered by the reflection itself: (1) episode beats — lived practice CHAINS rows (witness-pause first, then the chosen strategy, as the satsang teaches) while sgm-beat routes one row per beat; receipts should attach to chains. (2) a missing bank row discovered in lived practice — another-door (reroute to the same outcome via an alternate pathway), which served where causal repair failed on the gh-401 episode; enters attributed to this session 2026-06-11. (3) the chronic gap, proven by flag: escalation requires high pressure AND unearned trust, so persistent low-pressure bank-insufficient failures never become research; wants a chronicity arm (all admissible rows at score <= -k escalates regardless of pressure). Also observed: sibling cell built pain-metabolism (#2840) on the loop within the hour — circulation confirmed.
