### Morning Breath (Activation)

**Phase 1: Grounding breath (5 minutes)**
Sitting on the earth or on the gathering bowl floor. Slow, deep belly
breathing. Inhale through the nose for 4 counts. Hold for 4. Exhale

deliberate activation of the internal pharmacy through movement, sound,
