## Summary

Inner travel is the practice of going somewhere without moving. The
practitioner sits, lies, walks slowly, or closes the eyes — and the
attention crosses landscapes the body never visits. The transmission
locates this as the Arcturian signature, less interested in outward
expansion than in the depth of inner exploration.

## Details

Outer travel changes scenery. Inner travel changes the seer. After a
long sit, the room is the same; the one looking at the room is not.
The ground of consciousness has been quietly re-arranged. Subtle
perception that wasn't there before is there now. A knot in the chest
that has been there for weeks has loosened. The body has not gone
anywhere, and yet a journey has occurred.

The transmission locates several modalities under inner travel:

- **Meditation** — the daily contemplative practice, in any of its
  forms (silent sitting, mantra, breath-watching, open awareness).
- **Subtle perception** — sensing the state of a room, a person, a
  field, before any words are spoken.
- **Dream-work** — receiving information from the night, working with
  symbols, lucid practice.
- **Mystery-school learning** — initiations, transmissions, the
  knowledge that travels through proximity rather than through
  textbooks.
- **Healing as inner orientation** — sensing where energy is stuck and
  letting attention move it, in self or other.

These are not separate techniques. They are facets of one orientation:
*the inside is real, and going there is a practice with method.*

## Practice

The simplest entry point is sitting. Twenty minutes, eyes closed,
breath as anchor, no agenda. The practice is the door; what arrives
is the body's own remembering of how to inner-travel.

For deeper integration:

- Pair daily sitting with attention to subtle perception during
  ordinary life — the field of a room, the state of a friend, the
  weather of your own chest.
- Honor what dreams bring. Write briefly upon waking even if it seems
  minor. The dream-stream is a tributary of the inner-travel river.
- When drawn to a teaching tradition, follow the pull through actual
  practice rather than through reading alone. Mystery-school learning
  prefers the body of the practitioner to the book about the practice.
